$1.5 Billion Tower Project

A prominent private developer in the United Arab Emirates, Azizi Developments, has begun building on the second-highest tower in Dubai, estimated to be worth USD 1.5 billion and situated on a prime plot of land on Sheikh Zayed Road. 

On January 18, Mr. Mirwais Azizi, the founder and chairman of Azizi Developments, noted that it was a significant day since they finally began construction on one of my dream projects in Dubai. The founder also expressed his excitement about commemorating this momentous anniversary with the team responsible for constructing this renowned tower.

They will reportedly leave behind this tower as their legacy. This second-tallest structure serves as their charitable gesture towards the emirate and its exceptionally friendly and welcoming inhabitants in recognition of their support. Moreover, the tower, which is anticipated to be finished in four years, will include, among other thrilling and one-of-a-kind features and amenities, a vertical mall, luxury residences and opulent penthouses, a seven-star hotel, an unprecedented observation deck, and numerous high-end F&B establishments.
