5. One Vanderbilt, New York (1,401 feet)
The skyscraper, which SL Green Realty Corp. owns, can be found in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, at Vanderbilt Avenue and 42nd Street. With a height of 1401 feet or 427 meters and 67 stories, One Vanderbilt Place is a towering structure that dominates the Grand Central Terminal, located nearby, and officially opened in 2020.
