With over 52 miles of shelving, this hidden archive holds documents from the 8th to 20th centuries, including Martin Luther's 1521 papal bull of condemnation. Access to this repository of historical and theological value is restricted to 60 researchers who have been pre-approved each day, which lends an air of exclusivity to the collection.
