1. Small Traveling Microhouse

Made from recyclable materials, Rachel Ross's microhouse was constructed at less than $8000. Accordingly, Rachel currently uses the home as a retreat to complete some writing. 3. Dome Home

Steve Areen constructed this dream home in Thailand after using a $9,000 budget and working tirelessly for six weeks. Two-thirds of the total cost was allocated to the home's foundation, while the remaining $3,000 was spent on finishing touches and furnishings. Almost everything within the house is made of natural materials. Furthermore, the home also features a private pond, a hammock, and a sitting area specifically designed for relaxation.

4. Tree House

Dave Herrle promised his wife on the evening of New Year's Eve that he would construct a tree house for her. Thus, it is precisely what he did, and it quickly became their second home. Moreover, due to Herrle's exceptional craftsmanship, the project was completed in six brief weeks and cost $4,000. Greenhouses designed for adults are reportedly becoming increasingly frequent as long-term residences for people committed to living in tiny houses. As mentioned, Dave's modest cottage is tucked away on a hillside covered with trees. One of the house's attractions is a raised deck that looks out over the forest. Aluminum roofing completes the cabin-like atmosphere of the property, which is covered in natural wood siding that requires no upkeep.

5. A Dome-Shaped Concrete Home

The term binishell refers to these small dome-shaped houses. They are constructed using a method similar to that of constructing a papier-mâché balloon base. A heavy-duty air pump reservoir and steel rebar framework support the concrete pour in this house. The bladder is then deflated, revealing a small, sturdy dwelling capable of withstanding harsh conditions such as earthquakes, severe winds, or even lava flows, among other things. In addition, binishells were initially utilized for emergency shelters and temporary facilities such as supplementary school classrooms. Yet, in recent years, the tiny-house community has begun to accept more and more of these structures.

6. 70s-Style Tiny House

Although the construction of this home only cost approximately $12,000, the interior appears to be well-appointed, large, and welcoming. Adding a touch of the 1970s, the outside features a combination of light green paint, wood, and green French doors. Large windows let in natural light, and the bathroom has a rain shower head placed next to a plant to create the impression that one is taking a shower outside.
