1. Bid on Projects

Through detailed and systematic planning and scope definition, the project manager establishes an unambiguous trajectory for the entire team and guarantees that all members strive towards identical objectives.

4. Maintaining Quality Control
Quality assurance is an essential component of construction project administration. Accordingly, the project manager safeguards the construction company's reputation and guarantees client contentment by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
5. Provide Required Equipment and Building Materials
As per the contractual provisions, the contractor is typically obligated to supply all necessary construction materials and apparatus for the project's operation. The contractor is also responsible for verifying the vendors and ensuring the quality of the material brought to the building sites. Additionally, the obligation stipulates that all materials must be delivered to the site promptly, meeting the client's specifications for quality and timeliness.
6. Manage Daily Jobsite Operations
The general contractor manages the daily operations during the building and construction processes. Aside from supervising the safety and cleanliness of the workplace, the general contractor is responsible for ensuring that all jobs, including those performed by the subcontractor, are completed on time. In some instances, the responsibility includes obtaining approvals and permits from the relevant authorities, providing security for the premises, organizing temporary facilities, managing generated garbage, and cleaning the site.
