Construction of Futuristic Mountain Retreat

Siranna stands out as a destination that should be noticed as Saudi Arabia works to become a center of contemporary elegance and innovation. Designed by the well-known Australian architectural company Woods Bagot, Siranna will have a 65-key ultra-luxury hotel and 35 unique apartments planned for its construction.

Moreover, the project's engineering components are overseen by the engineering firm Aecom, which is based in the United States. Meinhardt Group, based in Singapore, manages the infrastructure design services. With its spectacular views of the Red Sea and its promise to be a beacon of excellent design and execution, this luxury destination will be constructed on a mountain humans created.

Accordingly, from the moment tourists arrive via aquatic transportation until they land at the isolated cove surrounded by gorgeous mountains and rich vegetation, the Siranna adventure is unique. The facility has exceptional amenities for a vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime, such as a beach club, spas, and wellness amenities on the cutting edge of technology. To allow guests to break away from the monotony of their daily lives, Siranna offers a variety of elegant eating and entertainment alternatives and the chance to explore the grandeur of the Gulf of Aqaba on foot or by horseback.

On the other hand, as part of its development initiative for the Gulf of Aqaba, Neom has begun preliminary work on the Siranna tourism project. Rock stabilization, site clearance, and scaling are some early duties handed to the local contractor Mofarreh Al Harbi, the Lebanese Batco Group, and their respective teams. Saudi Crown Prince MBS's dedication to expanding the boundaries of luxury and innovation is reportedly emphasized by this early start.

Combining Nature and Modern Architecture

As a place that promotes relaxation and contemplation, Siranna strives to be a calm and peaceful environment. It will be situated on the Gulf of Aqaba amid towering mountains, offering breathtaking vistas. Since it is possible to get there via a boat that navigates its way through natural rock formations, even the entrance will be worthy of being posted on Instagram, which has the concept of Siranna merging modern and traditional design.

As mentioned, the construction has been designed to conserve the natural environment and complement the surrounding environment. A tribute to the history of the neighborhood is reflected in the building's design. Nevertheless, as an additional feature, the structure is constructed of hexagonal pillars that vary in height.

Furthermore, aside from this exquisite mountain tower, Neom has just announced that it will develop Leyja, a destination for luxury ecotourism. The hospitality group known as Habitas will be in charge of three brand-new hotels. They are slated to open in 2028, and construction will begin this year. These three establishments are known by their names: Home of Wellness, Home of Adventure, and The Oasis Hotel.
